PECULIARITY:
Our Grissini are "special" because they are
"Nearly fat free"!
This characteristic is obtained thanks to our special production
technology which allows a considerable redaction of fats in
our ingredients, using only extra virgin olive oil coating
it on the endless belt before processing & baking.

PECULIARITY:
Made according to the traditional Italian recipe using extra
virgin olive oil, PANCROCCO is used by Italian families
as a genuine and light substitute for bread.
It is an ideal, savoury "snack", rich of Mediterranean
taste and a well-balanced nourishment".
"MINI-GRISSINI"
We have
created our Mini-Grissini in order to offer something "really
new " to our Customers: packed in a single portion bags
Mini-Grissini are ideal as a healthy and savoury snack at
any moment.
Our Mini-Grissini are available (at the moment under private
label) packed in Box of 90gr (3 x 30gr).
Presently the packaging of our "Mini-Grissini Production"
with our own brand "Piccolino" is in study.
Besides, our Mini-Grissini represent a new offer for our Customers
operating in the catering sector: our single portion bags
containing 15gr of Mini-Grissini have met a considerable success
in the collective catering, ..... in qualified restaurants,
.....

PRODUCTIONS WITH ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
In our constant effort to improve our product
range with a special regard to the market trends, we have
obtained the ORGANIC CERTIFICATION (AIAB).
All our above mentioned products (Grissini, Mini-Grissini
and Pancrocco) are available also with Organic certification.
