An Italian
Company specializing in the production of typical Italian
bakery products, and more precisely, in the production of
"Grissini - Piedmont Type" ("stretched"
breadsticks), and Pancrocco" ("Cracker Bread",
in American called also "Flat Bread"), and Mini-Grissini
(small stretched breadsticks) specialties used by Italian
families as a genuine and light substitute for bread.
We have
recently completely renewed our production and packing features
and updated our Factory to the most advanced and specialized
technology for the sector of bakery products.
Our factories
are located in the Cuneo province, at about 50 km at the South
of Turin, in the heart of the "Langhe" - the casket
of the high and very sophisticated Piedmont gastronomy, whose
jewels are the most renowned wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco
and Nebbiolo, the celebrated truffles, cookies, confectionary
products and, obviously "Grissini", "Mini-Grissini"
and "Pancrocco".
This
area, located in the North-western part of Italy, is surrounded
by the Prealpine Mountains, and borders France, Switzerland
and the Italian Regions of Lombardy and Ligury.
Our Company's
special feature is the high "home-style contents"
of its production made with modern technology and severe application
of the rules of good manufacturing practise and of the HACCP.
We offer
a particular flexibility and a strong orientation to the market
exigencies.
We are
able to offer production with private Label (PL), developed
according to the particular exigencies & rules of the
specific markets.
PRODUCTION
WITH ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
Our Company is able to give precise productive answers, study
new flavours and products and elaborate new recipes, in reply
to the particular nutritional exigencies of specific markets
( …, Baby Food, …, Vegetarian food, …). to the particular
exigencies of each specific market.
In our
constant effort to improve our product range with a special
regard to the market trends, we have obtained the ORGANIC
CERTIFICATION of our production.
