“Croccantelli” are real and authentic Italian bread.
The bread is baked in French loafs, seasoned with olive oil, sliced with the desired dimension and afterwards toasted.
Important:
Panificio Francese uses only real olive oil, no “mix of oils” or the “olio di sansa” (rests from the last oil milling phase).
The Croccantelli preserve the fragrance and the digestibility of bread, offering at the same time the advantages of a product with a long shelf life.
They are available in a wide range of traditional Mediterranean and International flavour variants (created also on input by our Customers) and more precisely:
“Classic” “Rosemary”
“Oregano” “Onion”
“Garlic” “Pizza”
“Mediterranean flavours”
....and “international” flavour variants, for example: “Mexican Flavours”
The R & D Dept. of Panificio Francese is able to elaborate “Croccantelli” with further flavours and fragrances, also on request.
Also, having been acquainted with the activities by the US-authorities regarding persons with obesity concerns and also by the so-called “Atkins Revolution”, our R & D is presently studying recipes to offer specific “low carb Croccantelli”.
Croccantelli are available in two different product dimensions:
“Croccantelli” (diameter of about 6 cm / thickness of about 0,8 cm ).
“Mini-Croccantelli” (diameter of about 3 cm / thickness of about 0,6 – 0,8 cm)
