Panificio Francese srl has been established near Milan (North Italy) 10 years ago, producing fresh bread.

In Italy, Panificio Francese has been one of the first producers to offer to the domestic and to the international market the “ready bruschetta”, which is toasted bread seasoned with olive oil and different spices: the Croccantelli.

Nowadays, Panificio Francese is market leader in Italy for the range of the snacks: bruschetta / crostini / croûtons.

The company is owned by the five Turconi brothers, who have specific in-dept experience in the bakery industry and who manage a staff of workers highly specialized in the “arte bianca ”.

The factory has 2500 m2 of covered surface and it is equipped with high technology production and packing lines which are able to satisfy different requirements of consuming: snack packs / single portions for the vending and for the airline & train catering and for the modern distribution; classical Retail packaging in various weight units; specific Catering packing.
